Our Services

 The A.D.S. Protection Agency Patrol Division works in close coordination with our Security Guard and Protection Agent accounts to provide additional coverage, supervision, and response capability.

Mobile Patrol services are ideal for properties that require vehicle-based security, multi-location coverage, or travel between designated areas to maintain effective oversight. Patrol services may supplement on-site Protection Agents or operate independently, depending on site requirements.

Our Mobile Patrol services include:

• Business door and perimeter checks 
• Property checks and scheduled or random patrols 
• Alarm response and follow-up 
• Vacation and seasonal property status checks 
• Rental property patrols and inspections 
• Parking lot patrols, enforcement, and towing coordination
   

In residential and mixed-use properties, Mobile Patrol officers may conduct interior hallway walks, identify and report safety or fire hazards, and document potential property damage or policy concerns for management review.

Patrol operations are supported by direct supervision and coordination with on-site Protection Agents when applicable, allowing concerns to be addressed promptly and adjustments to be made as site conditions change.
